Wellness For All Seasons

I’ve been practicing yoga since my early twenties and sharing the practice with others since 2008.

My offering has evolved with the seasons of my life and I’ve shifted from the more active sweaty vinyasa flow style classes I first taught to a more gentle slow flow approach, with a greater focus on grounding practices especially through breathwork and meditation.

 
 

the seasons of life

We all go through different emotional & energetic seasons/phases throughout our life (and even on a daily basis, or a monthly basis if you have a menstrual cycle).

With our emotions and energy we go from the active, playfulness we experience when we are in summer (by this either internally, externally or maybe even both) to the hibernation, drawing inwards that winter brings.

 

I bring this honoring of the seasons into my yoga classes, workshops, and yoga courses (soon to be launched), as well as into my Reiki offering.

Yoga Classes 

IN-Person group classes

I teach in-person yoga classes at Totonowell in Sapporo, Japan. Please email me for more details.

Each session is designed to help reduce stress, create calm, and release tension in areas of the body - from the hips to the shoulders - that tend to feel the brunt of our sedentary lifestyle.

Yoga & Reiki

Private virtual classes

We are all unique and the best kind of practice is where I can meet you exactly where you’re at and offer a session tailored to your needs.

My private virtual classes are personalized to the individual and typically include:

  • 20 minutes of tailored yoga;

  • 20 minutes of yoga nidra; and

  • 20 minutes of reiki, an energy healing practice that can be offered long-distance (i.e. we don’t have to be in the same room)

Workshops, writing sessions, movement, and discussions designed to mother YOU.

WHO RUNS Mother wild? 

All hosted and facilitated by mothers, for mothers.

WHEN IS IT? 

Minimum 4 sessions (and pop ups) every month. Join live or catch the recordings.  

WHERE IS IT?

All via your portable babysitter (i.e. iPhone.)

We follow the moon & change with the seasons to cover themes that light us TF up.
